Introduction

www.gomadahal.com.np respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. Counter-Notice for Restoration of Removed Content

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notice containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which www.gomadahal.com.np may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by www.gomadahal.com.np, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless our Copyright Agent receives notice from the original complainant that they have filed an action seeking a court order against
